Before we get to know each other further, we’d love to learn a little more about you, your experience, and the things you’ve created. In this form, you’ll find a few questions along with some basic personal information we need, including your CV and portfolio. Requirements

• Must use Clip Studio Paint.
• Mastered fundamentals of lighting, shadow, and color theory.
• Skilled in both cel shading (anime style) and soft shading.
• Able to separate and rename layers properly following the guide.
• Detail-oriented with clean and consistent coloring style.
• Fast response and good communication skills.
• Capable of basic English.

Job Descriptions

• Apply base colors on verified lineart following the provided layering guide, covering characters and interactive props.
• Add shading based on light direction and story context to achieve clean, accurate shapes and consistent tones.
• Maintain harmony between color and lighting to enhance panel readability and overall atmosphere.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and organized layer structure throughout all panels.
• Able to work approximately 80-90 panels in 5-6 days.
• Execute revisions following feedback from Art Editor, Art Director, or Client.
