Submissions are open for the 14th Annual Manga Kingdom Tottori International Comic Art Contest. The theme this year is "Promise" and there are no restrictions on nationality, age, or other qualifications.

The Ignatz Award, named for the character in the classic comic strip Krazy Kat by George Herriman, is the festival prize of the Small Press Expo. Since 1997, the Ignatz Awards have recognized outstanding achievement in comics and cartooning. The Ignatz recognizes exceptional work that challenges popular notions of what comics can achieve, both as an art form and as a means of personal expression.

Manga work without texts can be applied from around the world! You can aim for a manga serialization in Japan.

The SILENT MANGA AUDITION® (SMA) is a manga audition exclusively for manga without dialogue. This way, creators of all ages from across the world can break through language barriers and share their love of manga with each other.

This manga award is for all manga artists, organized by "Manganno", a manga submission platform for all manga artists. The second edition has seen an increase in editorial departments from 10 to 12 magazines, making it even more powerful!

This year Fumetto is collecting stories around the topic of wealth under the title “RICH”: What does wealth look like? Who is rich? People don't talk about money. But: What you can't talk about, you should draw about! Or is it ultimately not about money at all? But about abundant health, love and time? Are the inconspicuous little moments the ones that contain the wealth of an entire universe, or are our experiences and emotions the true mark of wealth?

Do you have an idea you've been dying to bring to life or a story you've been keeping for a rainy day? The JNC Original Light Novel contest is providing aspiring writers an opportunity to get their work digitally published with artwork and receive a cash prize. There’s even an opportunity to have your work adapted into a manga by Kadokawa.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs founded the International MANGA Award in 2007 for the purpose of expanding international exchange and mutual understanding through the MANGA culture which is widely accepted around the world. This award honors MANGA artists who contribute to the development of MANGA culture in the world.

Naver Webtoon and Moonpia announced on the 9th that they will hold 2024's largest web novel contest with a total prize of KRW 390 million. The goal is to expand the opportunities for writers to debut through various channels and increase the base of the webtoon-web novel industry. This contest will recruit web novels from various genres such as ▲ Fantasy ▲ martial arts ▲ modern products ▲ sports ▲ alternative history.

The NEXT MANGA AWARDS was established in 2014 by KADOKAWA Group as a Japanese manga award based on fan votes and nominations. Users submit up-and-coming manga they feel have the potential to become the next big hits, and the most popular titles will be selected as award nominees. Winners are then determined based on votes from manga fans from all over the world.
