Webtoon Production Manager (PD)

PT Manhwa Kita Culture is looking for Webtoon Project Manager (Korean Speaker).

PT Manhwa Kita Culture is a company that is a studio specializing in producing Webtoon Comics and Digital Contents.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and production timelines with artists and the production team.
• Monitor the progress and workflow of webtoon projects from start to finish.
• Track project progress and make sure all tasks are completed on time and according to schedule.
• Coordinate with partners and clients regarding submissions, project progress, feedback, and revisions.
• Share feedback with the production team and coordinate necessary revisions.
• Keep project files, documents, and trackers organized and up to date.
• Review artwork to ensure quality and consistency meet project standards.
• Identify production issues and follow up with the team to resolve them.
• Prepare translated scripts and storyboards for the production team.

Requirements

• Experience in webtoon production or project management is preferred.
• Fluent in Korean, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of webtoon production.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a good sense of quality.
• Able to coordinate with in-house and freelance artists.
• Passionate about webtoons, manga, or similar content.
• Clip Studio Paint knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Korean clients or webtoon studios is a plus.
• 1+ years of work experience with Clip Studio Paint
