Background Artist for Shoujo Manga

I'm starting up my shoujo-esque manga project this year and right now I'm looking for a background art assistant (linework only) to help with the overall project.

My backgrounds are so-so but they are not really my specialty, so I end up taking a lot of time on them. Examples here:

I'm fine with making preliminary sketches or rough drafts (like sections in blue above), but I think I need someone who specializes in backgrounds that can elevate the work that much more and help me with the momentum of the project. Also, the work must ultimately match my style, which is at the end of the day shoujo/girly manga, so no harsh blacks or super thick lines (unless the scene calls for it).

Referencing/tracing photos or 3D models is also fine.

It's a futuristic setting, so most background scenes involves cityscapes, rooms/offices, large areas, background characters, daily items/objects, etc. Not a lot of nature landscapes or greenery.

For a basic synopsis - it's about idols in a futuristic/dystopian setting and their wacky traumatic adventures learning about the world. Hot guys and cute girls. Romance. Drama.

If you are able to tone in shoujo style in Clip Studio similar to attached, even better! I may be looking for more toning assistants in the future.
