Line Art Mentor

About This Role

As a Line Art Mentor, you are responsible for guiding, directing and ensuring the quality of each student's line art in accordance with established standards. You also play a role in providing evaluation of learning outcomes, as well as helping improve the abilities of each student so that the learning process runs effectively and consistently.

Scope of Work

1. Develop, prepare, and deliver learning materials in accordance with the curriculum.
2. Perform quality control and maintain consistency and quality standards of line art in each learning session.
3. Assist in developing guidelines, styles, and best practices for line art.
4. Identify each student’s skill development needs.
5. Monitor students’ progress and performance, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback.
6. Create an engaging, interactive, and enjoyable learning environment.

Qualification

1. Proven professional experience as a Webtoon Line Artist (genre: manhwa action).
2. Strong understanding of line quality, anatomy, proportion, perspective, expression, and visual consistency.
3. Proficient in Clip Studio Paint (CSP).
4. High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency.
5. Strong teaching, communication, and feedback skills.
6. Prior experience as a mentor or art instructor is a plus.
7. Willing to teach offline.
