Join Mirai Toon, a growing Webtoon production team creating compelling Boys Love (BL) stories for a global audience. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Webtoon Editor based in the Philippines to help shape high-quality, emotionally engaging series.

What You’ll Do

• Review and edit Webtoon scripts and storylines for pacing, clarity, and emotional impact
• Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve story structure, dialogue, and character development
• Ensure consistency in tone, character voice, and overall narrative direction
• Collaborate closely with writers, artists, and the production team
• Help oversee episode flow and ensure content is optimized for serialized Webtoon format
• Maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines

Experience Required:

• Has proven experience as a Webtoon Editor, Comic Editor. Genuinely enjoys Boys Love (BL) and understands the genre’s audience and storytelling style
• At least 1 year of experience as a Webtoon Editor / Comic Editor. Proven experience working on serialized content (Webtoon, manga, comics, or similar)
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
• Experience providing script feedback, revisions, and story development support
• Background in romance or BL genre is highly preferred
• Communicates well and works effectively in a remote team
