Tabby Creation is a webtoon production studio specializing in coloring and 3D SketchUp production for webtoon series. This April, we’re opening opportunities for creatives who want to collaborate, contribute, and grow with us—whether it’s full-time, freelance, or internship.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
• Familiarity with project management tools and communication platforms is a plus.
• Interest or experience in creative production workflows (such as webtoon, illustration, or animation) is a plus.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules for Webtoon projects.
• Create daily task lists (to-do lists) for editors and assistants with clear priorities.
• Monitor progress of artists, editors, and assistants to ensure deadlines are met.
• Help supervise communication of weekly schedules to artists via Discord or other platforms.
• Support client communications by providing updates and relevant project information.
• Anticipate and resolve production issues early.
