Tabby Creation is a webtoon production studio specializing in coloring and 3D SketchUp production for webtoon series. This April, we’re opening opportunities for creatives who want to collaborate, contribute, and grow with us—whether it’s full-time, freelance, or internship.

Requirements

• Must use Clip Studio Paint.
• Mastered fundamentals of lighting, shadow, and color theory.
• Skilled in both cel shading (anime style) and soft shading.
• Able to separate and rename layers properly following the guide.
• Detail-oriented with clean and consistent coloring style.
• Fast response and good communication skills.
• Capable of basic English.

Job Descriptions

• Apply base colors on verified lineart following the provided layering guide, covering characters and interactive props.
• Add shading based on light direction and story context to achieve clean, accurate shapes and consistent tones.
• Maintain harmony between color and lighting to enhance panel readability and overall atmosphere.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and organized layer structure throughout all panels.
• Able to work approximately 80-90 panels in 5-6 days.
• Execute revisions following feedback from Art Editor, Art Director, or Client.
