HIVE Studio is hiring a Fulltime On-site Webtoon Colorist in West Jakarta! 🎨🔥

If coloring characters, scenes, and dramatic moments is your happy place, this might just be your new home. You’ll bring stories to life with mood, lighting, and color all while working with a fun, collaborative team that actually values creative people 🤝✨

We’re looking for someone with strong color sense, good communication, and solid skills in Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint. If you can follow direction, keep visuals consistent, and add that extra “oomph” to every panel… we want you on our team! 💫

Job Descriptions

• Follow instructions and collaborate with the team to color webtoon linearts.
• Apply base colors to characters and scenes consistently.
• Add shading, lighting, gradients, and mood effects.
• Maintain color palette identity and overall visual consistency.
• Final rendering and polishing based on project guidelines.
• Meet deadlines given by the team leader and/or project manager.

Qualifications

• Good communication skill.
• Creative with a strong understanding of color theory.
• Willing to work in a collaborative team setting.
• Experienced as a comic/webtoon colorist or similar role.
• Comfortable following direction and feedback.
• Adept in Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint for coloring.
