Color Flat Artist

Hello!...

I'm an independent cartoonist seeking an artist or design creative that would be willing to provide color flats to my hand-inked pages. Pages are pretty dense in nature - but have a clean controlled and sometimes broken line to them. I have no preference as to how you may do this process (or what colors you use), I just need there to be a completed flat color layer of all the shapes within a single Photoshop layer. There are dozens of pages to flat.

More on the work: The pages are a part of a graphic novel about the chronicle of the longest-running public tramcar in the beach resort town of Wildwood New Jersey -- So, expect the nature of environments to be very lively - lots of figures, buildings, rides, etc... See an example here.
