Job Description

MKC (Manhwa Kita Culture) is looking for passionate and skilled Sketch to Line Art Artists to join our production team. You will be working on Romance (fantasy, royal, modern) and Action Fantasy webtoon projects, bringing characters to life through clean and expressive line art.

This is a freelance/remote opportunity where you’ll collaborate with our in-house team to deliver high-quality webtoon chapters for global readers.

Responsibilities

• Create clean line art for characters, based on provided sketches.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure consistency of style and quality.
• Deliver +75 panels per chapter within the agreed timeline (1 chapter/week).
• Maintain clear communication with the project manager and follow creative guidelines.
• Ensure artworks are ready for coloring and final production.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sketching and clean line art (digital drawing).
• Previous experience in manga, manhwa, or webtoon projects is a plus.
• Ability to capture emotions, action, and character details through line art.
• Reliable in meeting deadlines with consistent quality.
• Open to feedback and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Portfolio submission is required (applications without portfolios will not be processed).
