Part-Time Anime, Cartooning & Comic Creation Instructor – After-School Program
Parker Anderson Enrichment is looking for a creative, engaging instructor to lead our Anime, Cartooning & Comic Creation class for elementary students. You’ll guide students in designing original characters, mastering drawing techniques, building storylines, and producing their very own comic book — all with curriculum and materials provided.
The Gig:
- Pay: $50 per class (1 hour teaching + ~20 minutes setup/snack supervision)
- When: Tuesdays, Sept. 26 – Jan. 23, 2026
- Time: 3:30-4:30pm
- Grades: 4-6
- Location: Jersey City
Requirements:
- Afternoon availability at least 1–2 weekdays/week
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- NYCDOE or NJDOE fingerprint clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Fully vaccinated & boosted (per NYC school requirements)
