We created Flux Destiny and the Flux Fantasy TTRPG—set in a science fantasy universe powered by karmastry, our original system where characters can bend reality by manipulating cause and effect. Push too far, though, and they trigger payback—the universe’s way of hitting back with glitches, phantoms, or worse.
The Role
We’re looking for a dependable, skilled Manga Production Assistant to join our art pipeline for the Flux Destiny manga series. You’ll work directly with series creator RC Helix to help complete pages that are already penciled and inked.
This is a long-term project—18+ volumes are planned, so there’s plenty of ongoing work ahead for someone excited to grow with us.
You’ll handle:
- Flat colors
- Screen tones
- Shading
Additionally, you’ll:
- Convert finalized pages into Webtoon vertical format using layered PSDs
- Make creative decisions about Webtoon pacing and panel flow (with review/approval)
- Follow an established visual style and file naming pipeline
- Work 100% remotely — with flexible hours, but consistent delivery is essential
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in manga/comic production — especially flats, tones, and/or Webtoon formatting
- Strong skills in Photoshop (preferred) or Clip Studio Paint
- Clean, efficient file and layer organization
- Clear, reliable communication — we’re a small team and depend on each other
- A sharp eye for visual flow and tone
- Someone seeking consistent creative work, not just a one-off gig
- Experience with Webtoon conversion — or a strong interest in learning it fast
Schedule & Workflow
Start by producing 3–5 pages per week. Files and notes will be delivered digitally, and you’ll collaborate closely with the series creator.
