We develop cutting-edge translation technology to localize entertainment content like manga, novels, anime, and games—and we’re looking for Translation Assistants to help bring these stories to life!

⭐️ Manga Translation Assistant

• Review translations and design layouts
• Typesetting/lettering and tweaking images (mostly in Mantra Engine, but sometimes in Photoshop)

Great fit if you:

• Love manga and can spot awkward dialogue
• Are familiar with SFX translation
• Have a good eye for layout and design (positioning text within speech bubbles, on the page, etc.)
• Are open to learning Mantra Engine and Photoshop

✅ What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Communicate in both Japanese and English
• Comfortable working with occasional R18 content (sexual themes, graphic violence, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• JPN>ENG Translation or Translation QA experience (professional or personal)
• Photoshop/design skills or interest
• Typesetting/lettering skills or interest
• Attention to detail, even with repetitive tasks

✨ Employment Details

• Hourly Wage: ¥1,200
• Transportation: Fully covered

Hours: Mon–Fri, between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Must work in the office at least 2–3 times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays, for a minimum of 5 hours per shift
• 15+ hours/week availability preferred

Location: On-site (partial remote work may be possible after 3 months; onsite work always required. You must commute to Iidabashi Tokyo office at least twice a week after probation period.)
