투믹스 마케팅실은 국내·외 독자들에게 투믹스의 다양한 콘텐츠를 효과적으로 알리고, 각 시장의 특성을 반영한 전략적 마케팅을 전개합니다. 데이터 분석을 기반으로 고객의 취향을 파악하며, 광고 기획부터 운영, 성과 분석까지 마케팅 전반을 담당합니다. 또한, 웹툰의 매력을 극대화할 수 있는 광고 소재를 발굴하고, 글로벌 광고 매체를 활용해 시장 트렌드와 경쟁사를 분석하며 지속적인 성장을 도모합니다.

주요업무

• 영어권 주요 광고 매체 (Meta/Google/Snapchat 등) 운영 관리
• 영어권 시장에 적합한 광고 소재 기획
• 데이터 분석을 통한 개선 방향점 도출 및 액션
• 경쟁사 벤치마크 및 소재 레퍼런스 등 서칭

자격요건

• Managing and operating major advertising platforms (Meta/Google/TikTok, etc.) for the English-speaking market.
• Planning ad creatives tailored to the English market.
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
• Conducting competitive benchmarking and researching creative references.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English at a business conversational level (including writing).
• Ability to identify and solve problems based on data analysis.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• High interest in the webtoon and content industry.
• Korean citizenship or valid work visa (F-4, F-5, F-6)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in marketing or related fields.
• Portfolio submission capability
• Proficiency in design tools, including Photoshop
