직무소개

• Oversee localization projects through the material preparation, scheduling, localization process, publishing, and follow-up stages.
• Develop and improve localization workflow, process guidelines, internal standards and policies.
• Communicate with external vendors, freelancers, and in-house teams to produce localized content with the help of various creative contributors.
• Train newly onboarded vendors and freelancers on our processes and standards.

자격요건

• Have at least 2 years of project management experience (preferably in the field of localization).
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Good communication skills with the ability to lead meetings with company peers, vendors, and freelancers.
• Good knowledge of content and localization process.
• Fluent in English and Korean

우대사항

• 3+ years of experience in a Localization/Post-Production/Media environment.
• An avid reader or fan of webcomics.

전형절차

• 서류전형 → 1차 면접 → 최종 면접
• 필요 시 전형 절차가 추가될 수 있음

수습기간 안내

• 모든 신규입사자는 3개월 간의 수습 기간이 있으며 급여는 100% 지급됩니다.
