Job Description

I’m a writer on the hunt for a talented artist to collaborate on an all-ages, crime noir graphic novel. Christopher Case, Boy Detective is a razor-sharp, noir-inspired series that takes inspiration from classic detective tales like Chinatown, The Maltese Falcon, and The Big Sleep

Set against the opulent backdrop of Ashford Academy, an elite boarding school for the ultra-wealthy, the story centers around Christopher Case — a brilliant but socially awkward young boy with a knack for solving mysteries. Amidst the corridors of privilege and power, he soon becomes entangled in a web of betrayal, greed, and hidden agendas that threaten to unravel everything he holds dear.

I’m currently seeking an artist to help bring this world to life. Initially, I’m looking to commission character concepts and the first five or so pages to prepare a pitch document for publishers and Kickstarter. The full script is around 180 pages, so there’s potential for a much larger collaboration down the line.
