Novel Layout

Tasks:

Lay out novel text/interiors for print-ready novels and apply corrections to ensure they meet professional publishing standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in book layout, preferably for text novels (with or without illustrations).
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign software; additional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator expected.
• Strong understanding of typography, margins, gutters, and print design principles, with an eye for detail and creativity in those realms.
• Adherence to formatting and applying corrections according to our guidelines.
• Internet access with sufficient bandwidth to receive and upload large work files.
• Ability to meet deadlines, even when handling multiple projects at once.
